Blessing of the Animals
On Saturday, October 4th from 11AM - 12PM there will be a blessing of animals. Bring your cat, dog, or any other family pet. Pet must be on a leash or in a crate. Considering bringing an item to be donated to the Virginia Beach SPCA. Items to be donated can be found at

Thank a Police Officer
On Saturday, September 20th is Thank a Police Officer day. OSLC will be collecting the following items to donate to our local law enforcement officers; granola bars, trail mix, bags of snacks, hard candy, bottled water, energy drinks, and Gatorade. Please drop off donations in the narthex.
September 20th
Come help beautify the church on Saturday the 20th from 9AM-1PM. The Fall grounds cleanup will include pruning, trimming, and raking of the flower beds. We’ll have a dumpster on site to collect all the clipping and cuttings. All are welcome to lend a hand for a few hours - or whatever time you can spare. Please bring your favorite gardening tools and a pair of gloves. Refreshments will be served.
STUDY GROUPS
Monday Bible Study
Every Monday at 7 PM via Zoom. We'll examine Sunday's scripture readings to get a better overall understanding of the week's scripture outside of hearing it during Sunday morning worship.

Sunday Bible School
Sundays 9:30 AM for adults and 9:45 AM for children. All are welcome to join us as we explore the teachings of Scripture, engage in meaningful discussions, and contribute to the spiritual foundation of the Children.
Pastor’s Bible Study
Supernatural in the Bible
Tuesdays at 7 PM Starting September 16th, pastor will begin a month study of exploring mythological events in the Bible. Classes will be held in person at OSLC with zoom as a backup.
